Generated contracts and SLAs, maintained pricing and discount structures, processed sales orders, and administered third party and in house rental agreements through Konica Minolta Finance from initial vetting to final payout. Used the BPO system for contracts, billing, procurement and reporting, and ensured compliance with KYC/FICA, FAIS, NCA, POPIA and RICA.

Service Controller

Ran daily service operations in the copier and office automation environment: technician scheduling, job prioritisation and call allocation against customer SLAs. Logged, tracked and closed service calls, monitored turnaround times and escalated overdue cases to limit equipment downtime.
